Who We Are
We, Srishi Enterprising Solutions, are one of the India’s leading Carrying and Forwarding (C&F) Agents for Pharmaceutical major Abbott India Limited. With experience of over 20 years in the domain of Pharmaceutical logistics, we have built strong operational expertise in offering storage and distribution services of pharmaceutical products.
Today, with over 20,000 sq. feet of warehouse and office environment located at Hyderabad and servicing over 350 clients, Srishi’s “side by side” philosophy has proven that, working together with suppliers and clients as partners, truly creates an ecosystem of excellence.
Our vision is to become the most preferred organisation for clients and employees alike, in areas of warehousing and logistic management.
Utmost emphasis has been placed on documentation of our work, as we believe it’s not enough to just offer quality services but is pertinent to even document it. Process and Document flow charts, along with checklists have been illustrated for every operational process involved, to ensure dissemination of knowledge. Documentation has also been institutionalized by making it part of HR appraisal systems.
• AUDIT COMPLIANCE
Compliance, whether statutory or operational, are taken very seriously and zero deviation is ensured. Compliance audits are part of our work culture as external audits have been instituted every month. In-addition, internal audits are carried out fortnightly to ensure readiness. We have also had the experience of international audits by KPMG and understand the requirements of the same.
• TOTAL QUALITY MANAGEMENT
Our operations are based on Quality Management Systems, which links together principles of Management-by Fact, Continuous Improvement, Risk Management and People Orientation leading to the ultimate goal of both internal and external customer delight. Quality manuals have been outlined to maintain consistency of quality standards.
• CUSTOMER AND FIELD-FORCE SUPPORT
In this day and age, timely delivery and customer orientation of services is the norm. In- addition, our focus has always been to offer solutions and support to the field staff of our parent company so as to enable them to expand business. Monthly distributor visits and meetings with sales teams across divisions are conducted to mark-out areas of importance and improvement.
• COMPETENT STAFF
We derive our strength solely from our highly trained and experienced staff. Employee-wise training requirements are mapped and an annual training calendar is worked out. Continuous training and re-training schedules are instituted not only from an operational requirement, but also from a motivational standpoint.
